無生法忍

這是龍父法要的最高體現。它要求修行者在深淵中保持忍讓、溫和與謙虛，不被世俗的摩擦激起情緒的波瀾，是潛伏期最難的心理建設。

This represents the supreme embodiment of the Dragon Father’s essential teachings. It demands that the practitioner maintain forbearance, gentleness, and humility within the abyss, refusing to let the friction of the mundane world stir the ripples of emotion. It is the most arduous psychological discipline of the latent phase.
