潛意識陰影

大腦的理性（Ego）害怕不可控的身體直覺，因此產生抵抗。唯有停止大腦反芻，將主導權交還給身體，才能讓這些陰影順利轉化為清明的直覺與向上生長的大地（地風升）。

The rational mind (Ego) resists the uncontrollable immediacy of bodily intuition. Only by ceasing the mind’s repetitive rumination and surrendering leadership to the body can these shadows be transmuted into lucid intuition and the upward growth of the Earth (Earth-Wind, Ascending).
