In the eyes of the mundane, yielding or seeking help is a profound humiliation, a mark of the petty. Yet from a higher-dimensional perspective, the rigid insistence on saving face is the very essence of ego-clinging. True non-self is the liberation of the body from the tyranny of reputation, where every act of bowing or resisting is reduced to a mere physical maneuver for securing space to exist.
This “egolessness” forges the most secure spiritual sanctuary. Precisely because the Divine seeks nothing, It is free from the human entanglements of interest and judgment. Thus, one may lay bare the deepest darkness and vulnerability without fear.
